17^th Symposium on Integrable Systems

Overview:

The conference concerns integrable systems and their applications. It is a continuation of annual meetings of specialists in the field, both from Poland and abroad. The purpose of the Symposium is also to exchange information on the latest trends in the field of integrability and promotion of younger scientists. Previous symposia were held in Gdańsk 2008, Poznań 2009, Warsaw 2010, Zielona Góra 2011, Olsztyn 2012, Białystok 2013, Kraków 2014, Łódź 2015, Wrocław 2016, Lviv (Ukraine) 2017, Poznań 2018, Warsaw 2019, Zielona Góra 2021, Łódź 2022, Białystok 2023, Olsztyn 2024.

Important dates:

• 6 July 2025 - the arrival day.
• 7 - 8 July 2025 - lecture days.
• Late afternoon of July 8 departure may start.
• 8 June 2025 - registration deadline.
• 22 June 2025 - deadline for abstract submission.

Registration:

To register, please send an email to (B.Sz.) bszablik@amu.edu.pl, specifying your affiliation, title of the talk (facultative), dates of your stay, dietary preferences. If you are interested to stay in the student dormitory, please indicate it in the registration email.

There is no conference fee. Organizers provide coffee breaks and conference dinner (on Monday). The accommodation, meals (except the conference dinner) and travel expenses are on participants side.

Submitting a willingness to participate in the symposium, the participant also agrees to the processing of the provided personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulation as well as to the publication of an abstract of the speech on the conference website.

• Dormitory:

  There are some guest rooms available at the student dormitory (Jagienka & Zbyszko), the price (no breakfast) is 128 PLN per night in double room for single use, 160 PLN for 2 persons per night in double room, paid by guests at the dormitory.

  If you are interested in the rooms at the dormitory please indicate it in the registration email, providing date of your stay, type of room, and possibly invoice details.

  The rooms at the dormitory will be booked by the organizers on the "first come, first served" basis.

  Some additional info: Hotel day starts at 13:00 and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. Card/cash payment on site. All rooms have a private bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided. Each room has a fridge, electric kettle and a basic set of dishes/cutlery.

  The student dormitory is located next to the tram route to campus - Dom Studencki UAM Jagienka & Dom Studencki UAM Zbyszko.

  Please pay attention to the location of the hotels. Lemon Plaza, the dormitory and Hotel Mercure are located next to the tram route to campus. Lemon Plaza, the dormitory and (especially) Ilonn Hotel are located outside the city center and Hotel Ibis is actually located outside the city. You can also find many other accommodation offers, at attractive prices with early booking. For example, you can consider Hotel Lechicka which is located near the faculty with simple connection by bus - jakdojade.

Venue:

The symposium will take place at the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy located on the university campus - map.

You can get to the faculty by fast tram PST no. 12, 14, 15 or 16, and then:

• - by foot (ca. 10 min) from the bus stop Os. Sobieskiego,
• - or by bus no. 198 from the bus stop Szymanowskiego to the bus stop Instytut Fizyki (behind the railway tracks), or to the next stop Kampus UAM Morasko.
